The year-end total in the savings and checking accounts was $8,062.16. The previous balance from September 2007 was $8,328.76 but it was noted that we have in hand T-shirts that represent a remaining expenditure of $596.14 that will be recouped and bring in additional funds upon the sales of the T- shirts.
The Treasurer noted that in the coming months he will be able to make certain updates on the WEB page himself without needing the Webmaster. This way he can quickly update the schedule of events in a timely manner.
